📋 Before We Start — Have Your Documents Ready
To complete your registration in one sitting, you’ll need your formation documents in hand before your session is scheduled. We confirm these during onboarding — we don’t book the live session until they’re ready.
What to have ready:
- Formed within the last 12 months: your Articles of Organization (LLC) or Articles of Incorporation (corporation).
- Formed more than 12 months ago: a current proof of good standing — a timestamped “Active / Good Standing” screenshot from your state’s business search, or a Certificate of Good Standing. Some states issue the Certificate only by request (mail, fee, days-to-weeks wait) — request it as soon as you book.
- Your EIN letter (CP-575), and the exact legal name + address as they appear on your state filing.
Why we’re strict about this: your Launch is a single live session where we complete the whole registration together. If a document is stuck in the mail, the session stalls. Everything in hand up front is how we get you done in one sitting.

Complete Intake
Fill out a short questionnaire so we understand what you sell and which certifications apply to you.
We Handle It
We complete your registration during your scheduled 2-hour availability window. You don't need to watch or participate — just be reachable by email in case we have a quick question about your information. Most registrations require no contact at all.
SAM Processing
Your registration is submitted and enters the government's validation queue. TIN verification and CAGE code assignment typically take 7–30 days. We monitor and keep you informed.
Bid-Ready
Once your UEI is confirmed and CAGE code is assigned by the government, you're officially bid-ready. We deliver your Bid Pipeline Tracker, outreach templates, and completed bid-ready checklist — you're registered, certified, and cleared to pursue federal contracts.
Not a consultant. Not a mill.
The govcon registration market is full of expensive consultants and low-trust $599 mills. We're neither.
Built by a veteran, for veterans
The founder built a live VOSB from the ground up — same path, same platforms, same process. This isn't theoretical. It's the playbook we used ourselves.
Fixed price, no surprises
$1,500 for Launch. $400/mo for Bid Support. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no invoice anxiety. You know exactly what you're paying before you start.
Full refund guarantee
If we don't get you bid-ready, you get your money back. No questions, no runaround.* We stand behind the work because the outcome is in our control.
Scope that protects you
We get you ready to bid — not promise you'll win. That honest boundary is what makes the guarantee safe and the service real.
We handle it for you
Complete the intake form, choose your 2-hour availability window, and we take care of the rest. You don't need to watch or participate — just be reachable by email during your window in case we have a quick question. Need help with the intake form? We'll schedule a time to walk through it together first.
We do our part in week one
Our work — registration, certifications, deliverables — is completed in the first week. The 30-day window reflects the government's processing timeline, not ours. We move fast so the only wait is theirs.
Questions we get a lot
QSAM registration is free — what am I paying for?
SAM.gov is free to access, yes. What you're paying for is guidance through a process that trips up most first-timers — the right NAICS codes, the right PSC codes, the set-aside certifications that actually apply, and getting it right the first time so you're not restarting due to errors.
QHow long does SAM registration actually take?
Our work is done in the first week. The government-side TIN validation and CAGE assignment takes roughly 30 days from submission. That's the timeline we guarantee against — the full window, not just our portion of it.
QWill you help me win contracts?
Winning contracts is ultimately on you — FedBidReady is not a bidding agent and we make no guarantee of contract awards. What we do is give you the best possible foundation and data to compete: the right registrations, the right certifications, the right solicitations filtered to your NAICS, and a weekly bid tracker so you always know what's out there. What you do with that information is your decision. We put you in the best position to win — the rest is up to you and the contracting officer on the other side.
QDo I need to already have a business?
For the Launch Package, yes — you need an existing LLC or corporation. If you're starting from scratch with no entity yet, email us about our Full Setup tier, which handles business formation all the way through to bid-ready.
QWhat set-asides do I qualify for?
It depends on your business. Veterans may qualify for VOSB or SDVOSB. Women-owned businesses may qualify for WOSB. Businesses in underserved areas may qualify for HUBZone. Minority-owned and socially or economically disadvantaged businesses may qualify for the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program or the DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) program. Businesses meeting SBA size standards may qualify for small business set-asides. We assess your eligibility during intake so the right certifications are pursued from day one.
QWhat exactly does the money-back guarantee cover?
The guarantee applies when you complete the intake questionnaire, are reachable by email during your scheduled 2-hour availability window, and we still fail to submit a complete and accurate SAM.gov registration and deliver all stated deliverables (Bid Pipeline Tracker, NAICS/PSC selection, set-aside guidance, and outreach templates). The guarantee does not apply if you provided incorrect or incomplete business information, your business is ineligible for SAM registration or the certifications you requested, you were unreachable during your scheduled availability window, all deliverables were delivered but the government's processing is still pending, or you changed your mind about pursuing federal contracting. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@fedbidready.com within 30 days of your registration submission.
QWhat if I'm not satisfied?
The money-back guarantee is real. If we complete your registration, deliver all deliverables, and you're still not bid-ready — you get a full refund. No questions asked. The only way this fails is if we fail, and that's entirely within our control.
QWhat does "30 days" actually mean?
Our work — the registration, guidance, NAICS/PSC selection, certifications, Bid Pipeline Tracker, and outreach templates — is completed in the first week. The 30-day window reflects the government's SAM.gov processing time for TIN validation and CAGE assignment, which is outside our control. We can't speed up the government's clock, but we make sure everything on our end is done right so there are no delays caused by errors on the application.
