• Website usage data automatically collected through standard analytics, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, used to understand and improve our site.

Information We Do NOT Collect or Store

We do not collect or store Social Security Numbers (SSNs), banking credentials, or other sensitive personal identifiers. When government registration requires this information, it is entered directly by you into the government system (SAM.gov) during your scheduled registration session. It is never transmitted to, viewed by, or stored by FedBidReady LLC.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and contact you about our services.
• Deliver the services you purchased — completing your SAM.gov registration, selecting appropriate NAICS/PSC codes, determining set-aside eligibility, and building your deliverables.
• Send you service updates and, where permitted, occasional communications about relevant services. You may opt out at any time (see "Your Choices" below).
• Operate, secure, and improve our website.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), our form provider, our email provider, and the advertising platforms through which you may have contacted us (such as Meta/Facebook). These providers process information on our behalf and are limited to that purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention

Inquiry and intake information is retained only as long as needed to respond to you and deliver your engagement. Upon completion of services, we delete personal data from our systems within 30 days unless we are required to retain it by law.
